Stateshift LLC ("Stateshift", "we", "us", "our") operates the Stateshift mobile application and website at stateshift.app (the "Service"). This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.
By using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information in accordance with this policy.
We collect the following categories of information:
Account Information. When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and payment information. Payment processing is handled by Stripe and we do not store your full credit card number.
Health and Wellness Data. The Service collects data you voluntarily provide related to your anxiety levels, breathing patterns, and nervous system activity. This data is used solely to personalize your experience within the app.
Usage Data. We automatically collect information about how you interact with the Service, including pages visited, features used, session duration, device type, operating system, and IP address.
Communications. If you contact us via email or through the app, we retain the content of those communications along with your contact information.
We use the information we collect to:

However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Access and Correction. You may access and update your account information at any time through the app settings.
Deletion. You may request deletion of your personal data by emailing us at cassius@stateshift.app. We will process your request within 30 days.
Opt-Out of Marketing. You may unsubscribe from marketing emails by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email. You will continue to receive transactional emails related to your account.
Do Not Track. The Service does not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals.
If you are a California resident, you have additional rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA). You have the right to: (a) know what personal information we collect, use, and disclose, (b) request deletion of your personal information, (c) opt out of the sale of your personal information (we do not sell personal information), and (d) not be discriminated against for exercising your privacy rights.

The Service is not directed to individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected personal information from a child under 18, we will take steps to delete that information promptly. The Service may contain links to third-party websites or services that are not operated by us. We have no control over and assume no responsibility for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party sites or services. We encourage you to review the privacy policy of every site you visit.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after any modifications constitutes your acceptance of the updated policy.
